BOHEMIAN PARADISE JAM

I have been making jam for my family for over 20 years. In 2014 I began to expand production and since my jam met with great success, by 2015 I was already able to offer customers over 40 kinds of jam, plum stew and salads.

I make all my products with love from Czech raw ingredients. I either pick fruits myself in Bohemian Paradise or buy them exclusively from Czech gardeners or orchardists. Processing domestic raw ingredients is one of my priorities. The only foreign ingredients I use are spices and lemon juice. I do not use chemical food additives as a matter of principle and all of my jam contains 50-78% fruit (no apple pulp, etc). My speciality is rosehip jam. Besides jam, plum stew and mushroom salad have also proven to be very popular. In 2016 I would like to expand my selection to include jam without added sugar.
